Required Skills: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Current PA medical license ACLS and PALS certifications Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques Ability to work a flexible schedule including daily shifts and call coverage from 3 PM to 7 AM Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and surgical environments Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Vascular, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, and Urology procedures Familiarity with Epic EMR system Experience working with a 1:3 CRNA to room ratio Previous experience in hospital-based anesthesiology Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency Two or more years of anesthesiology practice in a hospital setting Other Requirements: Current PA medical license and active certifications Ability to take call shifts (3 PM 7 AM) as needed Credentialing time approximately 90 days (expedited processes available) Willingness to work varied shifts, including 5 x 10-hour days or call shifts This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $369.53, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and travel-related expenses when applicable.
