LabVIEW Programmer/Developer

Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.5+ years developing LabVIEW applications in test automation or DAQ environments.3+ years experience with RF/microwave test and measurement.Advanced proficiency in LabVIEW (G-language), including modular design and state-machine architectures.Strong understanding of GPIB, USB, Ethernet, LXI, and related instrumentation protocols.Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills—especially for software/hardware interactions.Good to have:Hands-on experience controlling oscilloscopes, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, DAQs, and similar lab equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced lab and manufacturing environment with engineers, technicians, and QA teams.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Nice to have:LabVIEW certification (CLD, CLA).Experience with LabVIEW Analytics or Machine Learning Toolkit.Familiarity with Matlab, Python, and/or R.Experience with GPUs, FPGAs, or NPUs.
