Manufacturing Associate We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling components, deburring parts, and sanding materials to ensure high-quality finished products that meet company standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints Perform deburring to remove excess material, sharp edges, or imperfections Sand surfaces to achieve smooth finishes and proper specifications Inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery (PPE provided) May require repetitive tasks and manual dexterity
