Job Description Job Title: Automotive Technician / MechanicLocation:5542 N Garfield Ave., Loveland, CO 80538Job Overview:We are looking for an amazingly skilled Technician and as important, a great teammate who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude to join our growing team! This person must be someone who seeks out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostic work.Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to guest needs.Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.Communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicle.Address any concerns from guests and interact with them on their vehicles as needed.Maintain professionalism and respect with guests and team member.Keep shop in clean, working order.Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our guestsMaster MFG level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions provided by CBA)Technicians at Christian Brothers Automotive are set up for success, both in day-to-day operations and long-term career growth.
