Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a hotel environments, including hotels, and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming in a timely manner. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Clean carpets and upholstery as needed to maintain a pristine appearance. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with custodial duties in commercial cleaning settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
