Job Description: Title: Janitorial / Facility Maintenance Worker Location: Sparks, GA 31647 Shift: Monday through Friday (Standard Schedule) Weekend fill-in required when weekend staff is unavailable Duration: 0 – 6+ Months Pay: $20.80/Hour Job Description: Important Notes:Interviews will be conducted in personOnsite drug screening will be performed if selected by the managerMedical clearance will be conducted onsiteThe site allows conditional start with a clear drug screen and completion of all required documentsStart date will be the following weekWorker will be released if the background check failsCandidates must be fully committed to attending the in-person interviewNo rescheduling requests allowed Responsibilities:Maintain all floors throughout assigned areasMaintain all restrooms (6 total), including cleaning and disinfecting sinks and toilets, and restocking supplies dailyMaintain adequate inventory of paper towels (rolls), soap, etc., as neededEmpty, clean, and disinfect all waste cans dailyRemove spider webs and nests in all areas (inside and outside)Clean windows (inside and outside)Maintain walkwaysMaintain kitchen areas in all assigned areasClean storage areas (monthly)Responsible for kitchen prep and arranging training building for meetings or training (as needed)Clean all entry doors in assigned areasPerform other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to maintain floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, walkways, and storage areasAbility to clean, disinfect, and restock suppliesAbility to remove spider webs and perform general facility cleaning duties
