Position SummaryTCL North America is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Marketing Operations Analyst to support financial planning, budget management, and operational execution across marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing investments are effectively tracked, optimized, and aligned with business priorities. Acting as a key partner to Marketing and Finance, this individual will oversee budget planning, monitor spend performance, and support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.DutiesLead monthly rolling budget reviews across programs and projects, analyzing actuals vs. forecast and annual plan to identify risks, savings opportunities, and required adjustmentsSupport budget planning, allocation, and reallocation across marketing programs based on evolving business prioritiesOwn the end-to-end financial workflow for marketing initiatives, including project setup, PO submission, approvals, invoice tracking, and payment processingPartner with external vendors to manage contracts, invoice collection, and payment timelinesEnsure all marketing expenditures are compliant with internal financial policies and audit requirementsMaintain close alignment with Finance teams on spend tracking, budget pacing, and rolling forecasts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial dataSupport marketing performance tracking and ROI analysis to enable data-driven decision makingContinuously evaluate and improve marketing operations processes, documenting updates into SOPs to ensure scalable and compliant executionPrepare budget summaries, financial reports, and performance recaps for leadershipParticipate in weekly marketing leadership meetings, capturing key decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through across stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, financial analysis, or a related functionStrong understanding of marketing budget management, financial processes, and spend trackingAdvanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong follow-throughNice to HavesExperience in multinational or large-scale organizationsFamiliarity with budget management systems (e.g., SAP or similar tools)Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or consumer electronics industryBenefitsVacation: Starting at 5 days per yearHealth & Wellness Days: 10 days per year (prorated based on start date)Paid Holidays: 12 days per yearMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPension PlanSalary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hourJ-18808-Ljbffr
