In the Machinist role, employees will set up and operate a variety of manual and numerically controlled machine tools. High School Diploma/GED with a Machining certification from an accredited university with courses that cover: Mathematics, CNC Milling, CNC Lathes, Print Reading, Machine Tooling, G&M code, FANUC controls, and hands on machine application (i.e. capstone, shop hours) and a minimum of 1 year general machine shop experience in set-up and operation of a variety of manual and CNC machines: including mills, drills, grinders, broaches, turret lathes, horizontal bore, EDM, engine lathes, etc.
