Reporting to the Director, Organization Development, Global People Resources (GPR), the Director, Workforce Planning is a strategic partner for CRS executive leadership, advising on Workforce Planning and Talent initiatives.

5+ years of experience in organizational improvement with a focus on human capital, including strategic or operational workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, organizational design, workforce demand, supply analysis, recruiting strategy development, competency modeling and assessment, leadership development or coaching, or succession planning.

Engages leadership in working with HRBPs as strategic business partners, and supports continued development of strategic capabilities for HRBPs∯*∯ Leads HRBP team with implementing system-wide changes including MGB policy alignment, benefits changes, compensation assessments, and strategic workforce planning, and with organizational changes resulting from Spaulding Organizational Redesign.

Educational Requirements: Masters Degree is Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Leadership Development, Education, Business Administration or Related Field.

Principles and practices of management and organizational theory, including planning, organizational design, business finance, budget preparation, business development, project management, and organizational effectiveness.

Directs and manages the daily operations of the Operational Support Services, Purchased Client Services, Contract Oversight and Support, Workforce Development including Human Resources and Center for Learning and Organizational Excellence, and Records Management (operational support) teams of DFPS.
