Overall Purpose: Oversees the daily operational activities of the IT Asset Management Program including, but not limited to, short-term & long-term strategy/implementation; operating plans & budgets; value generation initiatives; policies, processes, procedures, systems, and reporting.

Thorough knowledge of principles in related health services; State of Oregon Administrative Rules related to specialized health service areas; supervision and performance management; leadership, wellness, team dynamics and staff development; program planning and budgeting, fiscal management; budget and grant preparation and administration; develop and implement policies and procedures; effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Associate’s degree in Management Information Systems with five (5) years’ experience as a Programmer and/or Program Analyst.
