Job Description:The Senior Semiconductor Diffusion Equipment Technician will perform preventive maintenance for several toolsets, including the AVP, Tempress Horizontal, WJ and SVG Furnance & Watkins-Johnson Deposition toolsets and support the Equipment Engineering Group at Microchip Fab 2 in Tempe, AZ.
