Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Biology, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification and a minimum of eight (8) years experience in lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement in a GMP regulated environment or similar organization.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will support improvement of manufacturing and warehouse operations and of our IATF quality system, increasing capacity as we continuously improve our safety, quality, delivery and cost performance using Lean Six Sigma and Toyota Production System methodologies.

You will apply your strong process improvement skills - including experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other continuous improvement methodologies - to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and accelerate progress.

Certified Lean/Six-Sigma Green Belt. Certified Lean/Six-Sigma Black Belt | Master Black Belt. Solve ambiguous problems through the application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies such as value stream mapping, kaizen, process mapping, data collection, waste analysis, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing (Minitab) and design of experiments.

Lead process improvement projects using proven methods (Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, etc.) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (if not currently held, must obtain within 1 year of hire.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certified and actively using certification to drive continuous improvement preferred.

An exceptional continuous improvement/lean manager will have technical knowledge of 5S and Lean principles, methodologies, and tools, including but not limited to six sigma, value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED, standard work, visual management, and root cause analysis.

Supporting Scrap Reduction Initiatives and promote / drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the plant using proactive tools such as Lean (TEOA), Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis, Advance Product and Quality Planning (APQP) Statistical Process control (SPC) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA.

Lean Six Sigma – Green or Black belt Manufacturing Certification. The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring activities and requirements related to overall equipment reliability for our Casa Grande facility.

Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen) is preferred. Our team is dedicated to quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certified and actively using certification to drive continuous improvement.

Experience using data analysis to drive improvements through the application of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools and concepts; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or above.

Drive continuous improvement opportunities and yield metrics utilizing wide variety of analytical techniques (such as SPC, DOE, Gauge R&R), lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts.

While the methodology for improving process is Lean/Six Sigma, it is not limited to it. Hands-on experience leading Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will leverage Lean Principles, Six Sigma Methodologies, and Advanced Automation and Robotics to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and increase operational efficiency.
