This person will also perform some of the following functions: doing walk downs around the site, reviewing contract or construction schedules, working with the mechanical and electrical contractors on the punch list items for the job site, working with QC to hold subs accountable to getting the site built on schedule, and handling any day to day meetings or tasks that the project manager cannot handle.
