Job Description Heavy Equipment Operator. About the Position The primary functions of the operator include but are not limited to: 1) being responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile aggregate mining and processing equipment and effectively monitor all equipment under his/her control, 2) loading of stockpiled product onto customer trucks and trailers, 3) operate and troubleshoot the scale computer, remote scale touchscreen and printer, and 4) offloading of product imported by rail cars into onsite stockpiles.
