The Clinical Supervisor shall be on the premises the number of hours necessary to manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Under direction, provides direct and indirect clinical services to consumers, their families and designated others; supervises staff members and performs leadership roles as assigned; implements program components, participates in developing and implementing program outcomes and evaluations, monitors and collects data and develops statistical reports; teaches clinical methods and assists with day-to-day program functioning, performs other related duties as assigned.

THE ROLE: The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to Mental Health Clinicians and Associates primarily serving WISe [Wraparound with Intensive Services] families. The Clinical supervisor engages with the team in caring for multicultural clients and, when needed, conducts clinical intakes and develops treatment plans for individuals who are from culturally diverse, low-income backgrounds; and assists with skill development and training of staff as needed.

The Clinical Supervisor (MSW/AMFT) will support the program and case managers by assuring the quality of clinical service is being maintained through individual and group supervision techniques.

As the clinical supervisor of the High-Risk Youth Intervention Services (HRYIS) Team, the supervisor will oversee clinicians serving under-resourced youth enrolled in out-of-school time youth programs in the Chicago communities of Austin, Humboldt Park, West Garfield Park, Belmont Cragin, Hermosa, Logan Square, Avondale, Irving Park, and Albany Park. BCBA Clinical Supervisor* ARCC Center ABA has a wonderful BCBA Clinical Director running the ABA program, our systems are in place and run extremely well; we have staffing and onboarding down to a science.

Clinical support with case consultation, Centralized Safeguarding, Grand Rounds, and access to resources through the Ethics, Research, and Advocacy Committees. Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy.

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible, with oversight and support from his/her supervisor, for any mid-year performance review, annual performance appraisal and for addressing and monitoring any areas of performance improvement and/or progressive discipline which may arise.
