The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Goodman Pool. They ensure that the standards are maintained for the City of Madison Aquatics Program. This position will report to the Aquatic and Parks Program Coordinator and Recreation Services Coordinator and will be a part of the Aquatics Management Team. The Aquatics Supervisor will direct the actions of the Head Lifeguards and coordinate with the Head Attendants to ensure that the specified objectives are completed and procedures are followed.
