O Plan, schedule and manage security guard coverage, manage security vendor, maintain visitor and logbooks, train new and temporary guards, respond to escalated events. Certificate of Fitness for NYC Fire Guard will be required.

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Valentis Protective Security Officer (PSO) is responsible for providing armed security services at our client site, maintaining guard booth services, and conducting random foot patrols in and around the specific site area.

The Armed Security Guard provides security, installation access control, roving patrols, surveillance, monitoring and overall safeguarding to the installation and its tenants. Have two (2) years' experience in armed security, armed law enforcement, or have performed operations within the Armed Forces, civilian police or commercial security while armed within the past 10 years.

Must have experience and knowledge of security operations. Must have completed a State recognized civilian security or law enforcement academy, or the completion of an armed forces security or law enforcement training program.

This includes guard duties under local types of weather and terrain. Must be willing to undergo random drug testing upon request. Must pass a Physical Ability Test (to include - run 1.5 miles in 17:30 minutes and 21 pushups in two minutes.

Job Summary: The Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) is a member of the Behavioral/Mental Health department and is instrumental in our patients treatment and recovery from Substance Use Disorders CADCs provide high quality, compassionate care through various mediums including individual and perhaps in the future, group counseling sessions.
