The primary role of the Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) is to oversee and manage safety and health programs on federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards.

Infrastructure, a leading company in heavy civil construction, is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in North Carolina. Experience on heavy civil construction projects preferred, with Confined Space and Trenching & Excavation.

Minimum of five years of Solar or EPC construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management. Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position may be subject to pre-employment screening, which may include background check and drug testing. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. We offer designated weekly subsistence in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses.

The OSP Construction Manager will make recommendations to management regarding ways to get the project back on track to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals. CAD/E, Microstation, AutoCad or other similar design programs Previous Outside Plant Construction Manager experience Experience with working with city, county and/or State agencies Management of Contractor experience.

The OSP Construction Inspector has overall responsibility for the coordination of design, permitting, material acquisition, construction and tie-in of outside plant construction projects and programs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, site construction, or project management, preferably with a production homebuilder or in residential development. Strong understanding of land development processes, including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and road construction.

Of 10 years' experience in one of the following: project management, project controls, fossil plant operations, labor negotiations or working on industrial construction projects as a skilled worker such as a boilermaker, ironworker, electrician, pipefitter, operator, laborer, millwright or related experience.

Management experience and technical competencies with stormwater (flood mitigation, resiliency, and water quality) projects, horizontal utility projects, site grading, and drainage, and experience serving municipalities on various municipal assignments, including permitting.

Perform hydrology/hydraulic analysis for the design and construction of transportation, public site work, private site work and flood control projects.
