- The Ranger Branch plays a crucial role in supporting the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (NCDNCR) and the NC Zoo by providing a variety of public safety services and programs.
- Ability to learn and operate a Zoo wide communications center to include radio dispatch, data entry, multiple phone lines, alarm panels, key access and video surveillance.
