- The Workforce Planning Specialist acts as a subject matter expert conducting full scope of workforce planning and analytics activities including data analytics, workforce trend analysis, forecasting and supply/demand gap analysis to inform workforce strategies.
- This position is responsible for providing input into short and long-term workforce planning processes using business data and workforce metrics and identifying areas of process improvement, gathering and analyzing workload-related data, developing analytical models, forecasting workforce requirements, and coordinating workforce planning activities across the organization.
- Coordinates the strategic workforce planning activities across the organization, providing a wide range of workforce planning support to enable agency leadership and stakeholders to make informed and strategic decisions about the workforce and drive targeted talent management solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Five years of data analytics or data mining, forecasting, and working predictive data modeling.
