- Assists in day-to-day Middle Market operations and special projects, as needed.
- Collaborates with business partners such as treasury management, private wealth management, and other line-of-business segments to strategize and develop comprehensive customer relationships in the middle market segment.
- Arranges legal services for the execution of loan documentation, ongoing monitoring of credits, and preparation of appropriate memos for waivers, amendments, and modifications to customer credit facilities.
- Provides guidance and counsel to junior team members as part of their ongoing growth and development.
