- Here at Rockingham County, NH, we service our local community through efforts at our County Attorney's Office, Registry of Deeds, Sheriff's Office, Department of Corrections, Finance Office, Nursing Home, Assisted Living Community, and Facilities Operations.
- The Wellness Coordinator ensures that the day-to-day wellness needs of Ernest P. Barka Assisted Living Community residents are met by carrying out personal care treatments and medication administration.
- We are committed to providing preventative, restorative, and person-centered care to all residents at Rockingham County.
- Our Wellness Coordinators follow the care plans as determined by the Wellness Manager, and further ensure quality care by assisting with admissions, individualizing and proactively managing personal service plans, administering medication/treatments, taking vital signs, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, and documenting all services in accordance with Rockingham County policy and State/Federal Regulations.
- As part of our team-oriented environment, the Wellness Coordinators keep open communication with the Wellness Manager regarding changes in resident status to include condition, environment, or personnel concerns.
