- Identifying customer’s needs and tailoring consultations to meet those needs ● Collaborating with internal teams, such as phone sales, bulk sales, collections, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Presenting yourself in a professional manner in the industry as it pertains to attire, language, vocabulary, and mannerisms while on camera, phone, and email with a customer.
