- As the Webinar and Events Specialist, you are responsible for generating, acquiring, and preparing materials and information for use in the production of virtual, hybrid and live events, while driving brand awareness and exceptional customer experiences through productions and events.
- The duties of this role include planning, coordinating, hosting, and facilitating webinars with the Production Manager, supporting scheduling of both virtual and in-person events.
- Coordinate webinars and virtual events alongside Production Manager to develop engagement activities, scripts, video production elements, talent coordination, platform management, scheduling, etc.
- Experience working on virtual events with live streaming or broadcast components
- CRM system knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suites is a plus
