- The Wealth Planning Analyst (WPA) Program is a structured 24-month development program designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed as a Financial Advisor.
- During each phase of the program, you will learn from wealth planning experts, work with some of the top Financial Advisors in the industry, and develop the skills necessary to become a successful wealth manager.
- During this time, you are expected to obtain your Series 7 and Series 66 (if not licensed already) and begin pursuing the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designation.
- At month 24, upon successful completion of the Wealth Planning Analyst Program, you will be eligible to join a Financial Advisor team within the local market as part of the New Financial Advisor (NFA) Program.
- The NFA Program provides you with continued development to ensure you successfully transition from the Wealth Planning Analyst role to being a Financial Advisor.
