- The Water Treatment Technician is responsible for the maintenance of pumping and purification equipment, monitoring supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and plant instruments, routine work on buildings and grounds and daily sampling and laboratory work.
- Water Treatment Technician work includes, but is not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:•Safely and effectively operates, maintains, monitors and/or controls all water treatment plant equipment and processes, to include plant generators and electrical controls and various distribution system equipment and processes.
