- We have an exciting opportunity for a Wastewater Electrical Technician II to join our team!
- The incumbent is responsible for performing scheduled electrical maintenance and minor repair of all electrical equipment necessary to maintain safe continuous operations of wastewater treatment plants and lift stations.
- The position requires skills and the ability to maintain and repair various equipment and parts including, but not limited to; switchgears, motor control centers, motors, motor starters, motorized valves, electrical components, programmable logic controllers, wiring, circuits, conduit (for voltages ranging from 120 to 4160, to 13.8 switchgear).
- The incumbent is responsible for mentoring and training personnel with less experience in areas of the incumbent’s expertise (i.e. Electrical Technician I).
- This is a bargaining union position and a member of #725 AFSCME. Grade WW05.
