- A system integrator generally combines subsystems into a single integrated solution and executes tasks such as acquiring subsystems from various contractual suppliers, analyzing information technology needs and developing a complete solution design.
- The Systems Integrator also requires comprehensive technical skills in software technologies, material handling and automation equipment as well as problem-solving skills to be successful.
- Knowledge of various material handling and automation technologies such that “best fit” components can be recommended to clients.
- Travel as required (domestic and/or international) for field work and/or other client/business objectives (25-35% annually, with surges up to 50% at times)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Computer Systems of Management Information Systems or a combination of 2 or 4 year technology degree supplemented with equivalent technical training or experience
