- Work closely with all divisions and our architectural firm and the product development teams to identify new product need, new community product needs, floorplans, and products to retire – keeping in mind new coast-to-coast product trends, efficiency in building, value to the customer, and revenue.
- Maintain all external relationships consistent with the objectives, operating philosophy, and desired image of the company, re: customer relations, public relations, vendor relations, and community relations.
