- The Vice President of Operational Excellence will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- The VP of Operational Excellence will work closely with senior leadership, regional managers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Champion Kaizen events to identify and address area of improvement, performance gaps and best practices for potential company-wide adoption.
- Behavior-based leadership uses Influencer methodology to drive change management success at branch/district level.
- Lead collaborative efforts with leadership, local branches, and customers to proactively address Voice of Customer concerns and operative challenges via the standard Lean cycle of improvement (VSM – CIR – Kaizen).
