- Greater Worcester Community Foundation is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration who will be a strategic financial leader with executive responsibility for the Foundation’s accounting, financial management, budgeting, audit, tax, and general operations.
- Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the VP of Finance and Administration will be a key member of the leadership team and will support the Foundation’s mission by providing excellent service to internal and external constituents with a focus on efficiency and excellence through diligent management of operational processes and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and FASB topics as applied to nonprofits and familiarity with nonprofit endowment accounting and management.
- Lead the Finance Department, providing supervision to the Staff Accountant and Database Manager.
- Ensure a timely and accurate disbursement process for ~$10m per year in grants.
