- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer is primarily responsible for overseeing health care compliance at Dana-Farber and development of a compliance program that ensures compliance with all major laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures relevant to health care providers.
- As a collaborative compliance leader and subject matter expert, the CCO is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures in partnership with leadership, other compliance functions and the business to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations.
