- As Management Team Member, you will provide safe, high quality, VIP customer service to every customer to fulfill overall valet parking customer satisfaction for VAMC as needed.
- Weekly valet parking services usage reports are handed in on the last workday of each week to the Valet Manager.
- Document and report parking area violators and incidents to the VA Police, local law enforcement (as appropriate), Valet Manager, and PM
- Identify and report any suspicious persons, behavior, and / or activity to the on-duty Valet Manager and VA Police, and/or local law enforcement as appropriate.
- Inspect underway hazard, maintenance, repair, and / or snow removal effort(s) and if progress is impairing delivery of valet parking services, report to PM and designated VAMC contact.
