- The Vaccine Preventable Disease Consultant/Infection Prevention CRD III will serve as the Immunization Branch's health consultant and liaison with local, state and federal government agencies, public and private agencies/organizations, and individuals and groups involved in immunization program activities.

- Through a contract with the California Department of Public Health, the Institute for Global Health invites qualified individuals to apply for a position with the Field Services and Program Coordination Section of the Immunization Branch.
- The Immunization Branch's mission is to decrease the occurrence and spread of vaccine preventable disease in California by improving immunization rates amongst children and adolescents.
