- The Turner Environmental Law Clinic at Emory University School of Law (“Turner Clinic”) is seeking applications for its 2024-2026 Postgraduate Environmental Law Fellowship.
- The Turner Clinic Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for a recent law school graduate to gain experience in environmental advocacy, policy development, and clinical education, with a specialized focus on clean and sustainable energy, regenerative agriculture and local food systems, natural resource protection, and environmental justice.
- The fellow will assist with legal research and writing, transactional negotiations, regulatory and policy development, litigation, capacity-building, community engagement, teaching and supervision of clinical students, and advocacy in furtherance of the Turner Clinic’s mission.
- Providing legal representation to the Turner Clinic’s clients in litigation, transactional, regulatory, and policy matters, while working closely with co-counsel, experts, community leaders, partners, and government officials.
- Representing the Turner Clinic in advocacy coalitions, strategic partnerships, and community engagement events and activities.
