Due to continued growth we are searching for Truck Driver CDL A OTR - LOTS OF MILES in several markets. Compensation * Annual salary up to $80,000-$90,000&nbsp;per year, which includes: * Activity based and accessorial pay (can include layover, detention, stop-off, etc.) * Guaranteed weekly pay (some conditions apply) * Pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months of safe driving * High weekly miles * Home every 14 days * Weekly paychecks Benefits * Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life) * 401K with company match * Dedicated Driver Support Team Specialist3 * Paid Time off Work Schedule * Home 6 days every month. * Start times vary, typically early mornings. * Plan your own route, breaks, etc.; pre-scheduled appointments at most stops. * Must be flexible with work schedule. Responsibilities * Backing in and out of docks * Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations * Provide excellent customer service * Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle * Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers Requirements * Must be 21 years of age. * No experience necessary! New graduates encouraged to apply! * Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen * Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver´s License, with air brakes endorsement. * Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses * Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors * Legally eligible to work in the U.S. * Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical * Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
