- ID: Shift: 12H Nights NIGHTS Description: Unit have 2 years of travel experience, in addition to 2 years of specialty experience.
- Nurses are expected to watch and monitor their patients Vents-Puritan Bennett 840 Hospitalist 12 hrs a day then call, always ER doc in house 24/7 No IV Team, has PICC team if needed RT inhouse from 6a-9p, then on-call.
- If a patient starts going south, nurse needs to be able intervene Pharmacy open from 6a-9p (the house supervisor mixes any meds that need mixed after hours, otherwise there is a pharmacist on call First to float to Med Surg or ER (ER duties are based on exp of traveler- if traveler has ER experience that is a plus and will take patients.
- If not, they will help with tasks) Common diagnosis / Types of patientsAfib, RVR, Sepsis, Resp failure, Severe Anemia, GI Bleeds, lower acuity trauma patients, DKA, fresh total joints Additional Notes- All ICU in one, ship big medical issues unless stroke in house then will do TPA MUST be very competent with vents, or capable of being educated Very friendly unit, and looking for someone with great teamwork skills!
