- The Training Specialist is primarily responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining site training initiatives, and improving the overall training program to ensure we are compliant with all training policies, procedures and regulations.
- The Training Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning solutions; develop, implement and maintain training tools and materials (curricula, OJTs, ILCs, etc.)
- Participate in laboratory training tracking improvement project, including identifying, sorting and filing important documentation, setting up meetings and all associated logistics, preparing and distributing reports and forms, and assisting with the facilitation of project meetings and other communication.
- Participate in curriculum review project, including creating and organizing LMS reports for review, setting up meetings and all associated logistics, preparing and distributing reports and forms, and assisting with the facilitation of project meetings and other communication.
- Masters degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, learning systems, education, or related field preferred.
