- Brief Description of Duties: Under the guidance and support of the Training Manager, the Training & Organizational Development Coordinator is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training programs that recognize, develop, and enhance employee performance.
- While the Training & Organizational Development Coordinator will partner with various stakeholders to strategize on divisional needs, they are also expected to lead and provide direction and advice.
- Incumbent will work with these offices to review grievance activity, employee relations matters, and various gap analyses to establish and support training initiatives.
- Identify, establish, and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Office of Equity and Access, the Office of Employee Assistance Programs, the Ombudsman Office, and the Office of Employee and Labor Relations.
