- The Training Manager selects training tools and training delivery mechanisms, based on the material being taught and the audience being targeted.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training expertise and documentation to executives and legal counsel in response to compliance, legal or employee health/injury challenges.
- Provide training related expertise and support in response to compliance audits, inspections and citations (ATF, DOT, OSHA, MSHA, etc.)
- Instruct training programs via one-on-one on-site training, class room training, or webinar training as needed.
- A strong understanding and expertise applying Instructional System Design methodology (ISD, ADDIE, etc.)
