Annual Paramedic Incentive $10,500 after precepting. Under general direction, the purpose of the position is to perform responsible management work involving the coordination of training policies and procedures of subordinate, Fire personnel to ensure compliance with all departmental policies, procedures and State and National Standards regulatory requirements applicable to the work. Employees in this classification function at middle management level and are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness training operations. Employee works with considerable independence in the delivery of fire service training. Objective is to ensure the general welfare and safety of fire crews and the general public.
