- Overview As the Training Grant Support Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for the establishment and continued coordination of a new position to support NIH training grants within the School of Medicine.
- Prestigious NIH training grants (NRSA T32, TL1, T15, K12, KL2) allow for cross-discipline training across multiple missions, support trainee tuition and stipends, and promote career development for predoctoral PhD students, postdoctoral PhD and MD fellows, and early career faculty.
- In collaboration with OHSU Information Technology Group (ITG) and other relevant staff, this position would be integral to developing the data systems and infrastructure necessary to provide efficient and sustainable support to NIH grant applicants and administrators.
- Collaborate with ITG staff to develop and maintain data infrastructure and systems for collection and collation of information used in preparation and submission of NIH training grant applications and progress reports related to faculty, trainees, postdoctoral fellows and scholars.
- Promote NIH training grants at OHSU and activities supporting training grants.
