- The Training Coordinator trains, directs, schedules, coordinates training activities, and provides resources to Plant personnel.
- Collaborate with plant leadership team to identify skill gaps and plant training needs.
- Develops training programs for production and safety, materials, testing, and operating procedures that drive knowledge retention and skill development.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and identify areas of improvement.
- Support plant initiatives towards Lean, Kaizen, Cost Reduction, 5S and other facility improvements.
