- Under the direction of the Retail Operations Manager, this position directs the overall marketing strategy with a revenue target of $12M plus for four retail doors pop-up stores.
- Lead the digital marketing strategy with all advertising campaigns including deployment of e-blasts, social media, website design.
- Lead the employee campus activations at the Corporate retail location to promote employee engagement.
- Work collaboratively with Mattel business units to maximize support and opportunities for all retail activations, pop-up stores, conventions and brand activations which generate $1.9M incremental revenue.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Illustrator
