- Hybrid Role)INTRODUCTIONUnder the direction and supervision of the Senior Director of HR or Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Total Rewards Manager leads the company's total rewards strategy.
- The Total Rewards Manager will collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders to design competitive and comprehensive total rewards packages that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- May conduct employee surveys, census, and other research and demographic efforts required to collect accurate quotes from benefit providers.
- Ensures the organizational plans comply with the applicable provisions of COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.Acts as liaison with benefits brokers, vendors, and insurance carriers, to ensure proper administration of the plans.
- May oversee the leave management process.
