- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ticket Operations & CRM Manager to join our team.
- This position will work in close collaboration with the entire organization to ensure cohesion and synergy, especially regarding ticket sales.
- Manage all ticket operations processes, including but not limited to: event creation, order processing, inventory management, payment plans, mobile ticket assistance, ticket exchanges, member account requests, etc.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on event logistics, sales strategy, and execution of all related events
- Act as liaison with soccer operations staff on player, team, and league tickets
