- As a member of Enterprise Risk Management, the Third Party Risk Management Coordinator plays an important role helping to manage the relationship between the Company and its vendors in accordance with the Company's vendor management program and regulatory guidance.
- Ensure vendors, contractors, and other third-party providers are properly vetted prior to on-boarding.
- Ensure vendors are properly risk-assessed and requirements for due diligence and continuous vendor monitoring are satisfied.
- Work closely with the Vendor Management department to review policy and procedures and to identify program improvements.
- Maintain artifact reviews and supporting documentation in Archer GRC software to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
