- The Third-Party Payments Analyst will assist leadership with the management of daily workflow to meet service level agreements, train and mentor staff, provide team statistical reporting to management, QC high financial and or high impact client experience transactions, handle escalated questions / issues and could be the project lead for initiatives impacting the team.
- Perform Quality Control for high financial/experience client transactions to ensure accuracy and to mitigate financial risk
- Act as team subject matter expert for questions/issues that arise from sales, internal partners, plan sponsors, brokers, TPA’s, relationship/account managers, and senior management, research and respond on how issues should be resolved
- Utilize multiple systems including EASY, SAP, WEBI, PRISM, OnBase, CIRRUS, Blackline, PSC, Avaya One X and Microsoft Office
- 5+ years’ experience in mutual fund, broker dealer back office or accounts payable/ accounting experience
