- The General Manager works under the guidance of the head of 1ST Real Estate and is responsible for the day-to-day management and directs specific operating aspects of the Village including physical property operations, billing and collections, reporting, and tenant, community, and vendor relations.
- Work with both the on-site Director of Marketing and with the 1ST leadership, to develop the annual marketing, event plan, and budget for review; Ensure the successful implementation of the plan with the established budget.
- Provide ongoing guidance, training and management oversight for employees at the property, with the fundamental objective of crating a safe working environment, and a safe a pleasurable experience for customers.
- Complete property inspection reports and property audit reports.
- Work with Legal department, Facilities, Risk Management, and the Director of Health & Safety to maintain a safe property, manage necessary repairs and upgrades, and provide assistance during any liability issues, claims or lawsuits.
