ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Facilitate the sale of cabanas and other rental units to our guests at The Pool</li><li>Actively sell rental units to interested guests</li><li>Utilize computer programs to track rental inventory</li><li>Graciously greet guests and escort them to their rental, ensuring complete satisfaction from start to finish</li><li>Communicate with staff to ensure the guests are greeted, served and taken care of in a timely manner</li><li>Interact with co-workers and customers in a professional and polite manner.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul> KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: <ul><li>Previous experience in Hosting/Sales positions preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in high volume outlets preferred.</li><li>Good communications skills and professionalism are required when dealing with guests, co-workers and management.</li><li>Ability to work with interruptions and to perform multiple tasks while remaining collected in high pressure situations.</li><li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to accurately communicate.</li><li>A high level understanding of interpersonal skills to productively deal with business contacts and team members at all levels of the company.</li><li>Possess a strong attention to detail and engaging presentation skills.
